Are the designs handmade?

Yes! Every pair is individually customized by hand, making each pair unique.

Will my shoes look exactly like the photos?

Each pair is handmade, so slight variations in color and design placement may occur. These small differences make every pair one of a kind.

What sizes do you offer?

We offer a variety of women's sizes. Please refer to the size options listed on each product page before ordering.

Can I return or exchange my order?

No. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Processing time is 1–3 business days, and delivery typically takes 1–3 business days after shipment.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
